| How to distribute points? |
It is important to establish a realistic work timeline in order to initiate the services properly.
It is up to you to determine the sum to invest in accordance with the method of allocation. Commodus is a flexible tool therefore you can adapt the methods of allocation of points to the reality of your organisation (recognition, gift, work-life balance program, etc.) We recommend you have a reserve fund for new employees or other situations.
Employers select the services that will be made available; this choice may change with time. An employer can choose to offer only a selection of services and add new services each month or offer the whole range of services right away.
If the services are offered at the workplace, determine specific places for each service as for example : drop-off and pick-up (errands service), lunch boxes, massage therapy, etc.
Employers provide Commodus with a list of employees in the designated format for initial creation of employees’ accounts on the platform.
