Process leading to accreditation
Process for Becoming a Licensed
Provider
1. Know and Understand
It is important to be familiar
with Commodus as an organization. Furthermore, before undertaking
the steps, you must understand Commodus’s operations and
verify your eligibility to become a provider.

Offer a service that is consistent with Commodus’s offerings

Be a legally-constituted business

Attend an individual or group meeting
2. Prepare and Submit
Take time to prepare your
candidacy in order to submit a complete, high-quality
application.
- Complete the questionnaire. Make sure to follow the instructions.
- Provide the required documents (proof of insurance, references, etc.)
- Submit your application
3. Receive accreditation
All applications are submitted to
and reviewed by the Quality Committee. The final decision regarding
accreditation rests with the Commodus Board of Directors.

Be assessed by the Coordinator and the Quality Committee and approved by the Board of Directors

Sign the contractual agreement
4. Offer Quality Services
You are now a licensed provider
and may benefit from new markets. We invite you to participate in
networking events in order to profit from the advice and resources
at your disposal.
